He's going to help demystify basic Silverlight/WPF UI design, and the Expression tools, for developers. This will be much more than just a tools walkthrough - you'll get some practical advice on designing applications.

Hey Pete, is Frank going to get deep into some design goals using Blend or is it going to be a basic to intermediate level?

Not sure, but given it is only an hour, I would expect to see a mix of intro materials along with some nice designer tidbits regarding things like color theory/selection.
