    At the 16 week appointment this past Friday, I learned that besides other neat things like the online nursery for grandparents, AAMC uses the new 3d Ultrasound imaging for the 20 week ultrasound.   • House Appraisal

    It was well worth my effort to clean up the house in preparation for the appraisal. All in all, I used just over 6 gallons of Kilz to do the house. Add to that the one gallon of yellow paint Melissa used to finish the baby room.   • Trim Nailer and Air Compressor

    I can't recommend enough the combination of the Bostitch 15 gauge magnesium trim nailer and the Ridgid oil-free compressor. I used those to nail up all the door trim in preparation for the appraisal.This guy made very quick work of nailing trim and door casings.   • First Drywall Job

    One thing I had to do before the appraiser came was temporarily fix this one terrible looking wall downstairs. The wall used to have stained tongue-and-groove pine boards over drywall. Unfortunately, the panels were screwed in from behind the drywall - an area that the previous owner later finished by drywalling the interior wall.
