    It was well worth my effort to clean up the house in preparation for the appraisal. All in all, I used just over 6 gallons of Kilz to do the house.   • Trim Nailer and Air Compressor

    I can't recommend enough the combination of the Bostitch 15 gauge magnesium trim nailer and the Ridgid oil-free compressor. I used those to nail up all the door trim in preparation for the appraisal.This guy made very quick work of nailing trim and door casings.     One thing I had to do before the appraiser came was temporarily fix this one terrible looking wall downstairs. The wall used to have stained tongue-and-groove pine boards over drywall.
